2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins inspecting, packing, and preparing your items for dispatch. Most orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
3. Delivery Timelines (Pan-India)
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days following dispatch, depending on your delivery address, state, and regional courier reach.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and the final delivery destination. Any applicable shipping fees or free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed before you finalize payment.
5. Estimated Delivery & Delays
Estimated transit times provided during checkout are approximate. While we strive to meet all stated timelines, actual transit may occasionally vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or local transit disruptions.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing your Tracking ID / AWB Number and courier tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number, allowing you to monitor your package in real time.
7. International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally to select countries. For cross-border orders, any local import duties, customs tariffs, or regional taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
