Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • Return Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in perfect, unused condition with all original tags attached.
  • Packaging: Return shipments must be returned in their original packaging and box.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your invoice or payment confirmation inside the box.
  • Handmade Leather Nature: Subtle tonal and grain variations are authentic qualities of handcrafted genuine leather.

2. Refunds & Processing

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and quality inspection.
  • Deductions: GST and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, normal return conditions apply.
